12 Week Vegan Body Transformation (Game Changers Diet) || Max's Monthly Challenge

This month (actually last 12 weeks!) I’ve transitioned my diet to 100% vegan to see how I would feel and how it would affect my gym and overall health. Overall I’m excited to say the results have been fantastic and I’m definitely going to be continuing to be vegan.

If you are interested in trying veganism for health, ethical & environmental reasons I highly encourage it!

  • No disrespect, but this is the "vegan" diet nobody can afford. Why so much package foods and powders? I have beans, a rice cooker w/50-50 rice and wheat, nuts and seeds, and hit the farmer's market once a week to stock up on whatever is fresh and in season. WFPB is the healthiest vegan choice that delivers all around results.

  • The main benefit of veganism for your health are the added vitamins, but you barely ate veggies at all

  • i was thinking about getting fit for a while yet i also felt like it might be difficult because i'm vegetarian (not to mention i'm a tiny 5'1 gal), but your video is really inspiring :)) as other comments said, i feel like you might have been missing out on a lot of meatless protein sources like tofu and such, but it was still really cool to see your results!! thanks for making this video! :>

  • Hi,
So you were not eating based on how many protein you needed per day?
Seems like you weren’t tracking your macros

  • I am so ethically inclined, but I am so addicted to sugar and processed foods, especially over the past 6 months. Yikes!!! I need structure, for sure. I've started cycling and running daily again (a week ago), but my diet is still horrendous. I will check out the resources you mention. Thanks for the inspiration!

  • Pretty inspiring content for a vegetarian like me. Is it possible to get to 90 kg lean mass (10-12 % body fat) in a year on a vegetarian diet?

  • You need to double your calories my friend! If you really want to pack on mass, double those calories and include some heavy powerlifting days in your week.
Even on a vegan diet (if done well) you will get BIG

    what's wrong with you people?

gary gjl June 20, 2020 4:58 am Reply
  • Loved it! One tip: just eat all the whole plant foods there are, and try to incorporate as many different plants as possible and at least all food groups on a daily basis, that is fruits, veggies, whole grains (oats, pasta, whole wheat bread, cooked grains etc.), pulses (beans, chickpeas, lentils, split peas), nuts & seeds, and herbs & spices. Can't go wrong with that <3

  • You are crazy man. It is better to wholesome foods than to break the food into nutrients. That is just disrespecting the food.
