  • Excellent. You do a really good job. I wanted to convert a 4k video to lesser resolution and trim it down. I bought the software earlier this year and after watching your 22 minute video I accomplished what I needed within minutes. My compliments and thank you.

  • Hi, love your tutorials!
I've got a little problem I hope you can help me with.
A couple years ago, I paid for the upgrade from PD15 to PD16. After installing PD16, life got hectic and I didn't get around to using it until after the trial period expired. Now, when I start the program, I just get the expired notice and a link to purchase with no option to enter the product key to activate PD16 (which I paid for already).
Is there an easy way to activate, or do I have to contact Cyberlink? I HAVE the key, just can't find a way to enter it once the trial is expired.
    Thank you!

  • Hi. Excellent video. Will this software make time lapse movies? If not, do you know of one that does other than Adobe or Lr? I'm going to watch more of yours and buy this product.

  • Hi Maliek, 2 things:
    1. Thanks so much for all the great videos – I've learned a lot so far. Without your channel, it would have been a lot more difficult to get mine started. Huge thumbs up!
    2. I use PD 16 but struggle a bit when designing titles – a simple copy and paste function would make my life a lot easier, but I can't figure it out. Am I missing something?
Thanks and keep doing your thing!

  • I have multiple cameras that I use I have no issues with my go pro and other action cameras with software but I do have issues using the software when I try to edit videos when I use my vivitar vivicam f124 I can download video to software but when I try to edit it it shuts down the program only when using the videos I can edit the pictures with no issues using the same camera is it that I am doing something wrong or is the camera video not supported? Any suggestions?

  • You're great. Clear and helpful. I've been making short 1-4 minute videos for a while and am now working on longer ones. Do you have a video with suggestions on project workflow? For example, I've learned to not edit my audio until i have the video exactly where I want it. Otherwise, I keep moving back and forth, wasting time. I'm sure there are other tips for efficient editing. Do you already have a tutorial that covers this? Thanks, Tom

  • Hey. I’m having a title issue with Cyberlink Power director 16. I know how to add titles to video, but when I go to the timeline I can’t see the title I’ve made.

  • Love your Vids, been very useful to me. is there any way to do a rolling edit in Powerdirector (16 or higher)?. That is, you have 2 clips that have the front and back trimmed off, you have a split between the 2 tracks and you want to slide the split line left and sort of scrub between the 2. (It may be called slipping) I know Vegas does this (that ship has sailed for me, Powerdirector user since v13 now using 365), but wondering if there is a way in Powerdirector?

  • Hi Maliek,
I am currently in Power Director 16 but I am watching all that you are putting out for 17. I don't create regularly so 18 will be there by the time I upgrade. Love the tool. The pace of your instruction is good. I am getting value from your videos. Seems like each time I watch I get more value. Thanks and keep up the good work man! So glad I subsribed. M2

  • Loved your video! I subscribed because I bought this yesterday and though I do know some about editing, having a clear and concise tutorial like yours, helps so much! I will watch all your videos and look forward to many more. I'm about to launch my own youtube channel and having the right tools is priceless, but having the tutorial support is that much more. Thank you for a great video
